Trust can get picked back up piece by piece
but I’m getting tired of looking for these things on my knees
(baby)
sometimes I think you wouldn’t care if i leave
Cuz I’ve been waiting waiting waiting waiting waiting
for you to invite me over again
Sometimes i think you want me
but do you wanna be friends
I don’t care I don’t care
what you think that we are
Just want another want a chance to rest my head on your arm
It isn’t fair isn’t fair
Cuz you’re just so fucking far
Just want another want a chance to rest my head on your arm
Cried my makeup off in front of you house
By the time I got home forgot what I was so down about
(oh now)
Can say for sure I’m doing work on myself
I’m still waiting waiting waiting waiting waiting
for you to invite me over please
Sometimes I think you wanna be friends
But do you want me?
I don’t care I don’t care
what you think that we are
Just want another want a chance to rest my head on your arm
It isn’t fair isn’t fair
Cuz you’re just so fucking far
Just want another want a chance to rest my head on your arm
woah want a chance want a chance want a chance oh baby
oh woah want a chance want a chance want a chance oh woah
Maybe now that I see where we went wrong
I could say that things are better off the way they were all along
at least I got material for the album
I don’t care I don’t care
what you think that we are
Just want another want a chance to rest my head on your arm
It isn’t fair isn’t fair
Cuz you’re just so fucking far
Just want another want a chance to rest my head on your arm
I don’t care I don’t care
what you think that we are
Just want another want a chance to rest my head on your arm
It isn’t fair isn’t fair
Cuz you’re just so fucking far
Just want another want a chance to rest my head on your arm

This is almost certainly my favorite concept album ever made and definitely my favorite Louie Zong work. I am just in awe of how well it captures the idea of traveling through a strange, dying world. Amazing. CyanStrawberry
